About the Role

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.

We're looking for a People Coordinator to support our growing People Team. This role is critical to delivering a world-class candidate and employee experience by supporting both recruiting coordination and key HR processes.

Most of your work will focus on recruiting coordination—scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and ensuring the hiring process runs smoothly. You'll also help with onboarding, documentation, and maintaining accurate data across our systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to grow their career in People Operations or Talent Acquisition within a fast-scaling U.S. healthcare tech company.
